Common questions
Can I pay cash or card?
Pay by card on this site, or by EFT into the Prixon Shuttle bank account shown on the booking page. WhatsApp the proof of payment to dispatch. Cash is available for confirmed bookings.
Do you wait if the flight is late?
Yes. Give us the flight number. We track the landing and hold the driver. After-midnight arrivals use the same published CBD rate.
Shared or private?
Airport transfers are private at the published rate. Inter-city seats can be shared on the timetable, or you can book the vehicle privately.
Luggage and child seats?
One suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger is standard. Extra luggage and child seats — note it when you book. Boosters and infant seats at no extra charge when available.
Cancellation?
Written notice by email or WhatsApp. Shuttles and transfers: full refund less N$50 if more than 48 hours before departure; 50% if 24–48 hours; no refund inside 24 hours or for a no-show. Tours and groups follow a separate scale. Full details are on the Booking, Transport & Refund Policies page.
