Is this company registration with BIPA?
No. Mahafo registers businesses as suppliers, vendors, contractors, or clients on our procurement platform. Legal company registration with BIPA is a separate process.
Who can register?
Both suppliers (to bid on opportunities) and clients (organisations that need procurement services) can register.
Is registration free?
In this preview, registration is free and stored locally for demonstration. Live fees, if any, will be confirmed with Mahafo before launch.
Who verifies supplier documents?
Compliance officers review uploads, request clarifications if needed, and approve or reject applications before accounts are activated.
Can every supplier see all opportunities?
Public opportunities appear on the website. Invited RFQs are visible only to selected approved suppliers in the supplier portal.
Are quotations submitted online?
Yes — suppliers submit and may revise quotations before the deadline. Comparative schedules support evaluation.
Must clients approve the selected supplier?
Yes. After procurement recommends an award, the client approves before a purchase order is issued.
Does Mahafo keep inventory?
Not by default. Inventory is an optional Phase 5 module if the business holds stock.
