Buying a home is one of the biggest financial steps many Namibians take. LEXNA Family and Individual packages include a conveyancing contribution that can ease attorney fees when you transfer a primary residence — but only when the policy rules are met.
Members should confirm the waiting period (typically eleven months from inception), that the property is a primary residence, and that a LEXNA panel attorney handles the conveyancing. Disbursements are usually excluded from the contribution.
Before you lodge a claim, keep your offer to purchase, proof of residence, identity documents, and correspondence with the transferring attorney ready. If you are unsure whether your matter qualifies, contact LEXNA for guidance before fees are incurred.
